Take a ride on the Diana Funicular with a 10% discount. You will find the bottom station right next to the Grandhotel Pupp. You can go to the Jelení skok (Deer Leap) midway station or to the terminal station at the Diana observation tower. On your way back you can use the funicular or you can take a walk on one of the trails.
